Welcome to your oasis by the pink salt lake of Torrevieja!
As soon as you arrive, you step onto the spacious south-facing terrace featuring sun loungers, a table with four chairs, a BBQ, and an outdoor shower with hot water. There is also a covered parking space behind an electric gate with remote control access. A men’s and women’s TREK bicycle are available for your use as well.
All windows are fitted with security protection against burglary.

Las Salinas de Torrevieja (The Pink Salt Lake)
Distance: Approximately 1 to 1.5 km away (very close to your address as the crow flies).
• What is it: This is one of the region’s most iconic landmarks. The lake has a unique bright pink colour caused by a specific type of algae and bacteria. You can walk to one of the nearby viewpoints (such as the Salinas Panorama View) to admire the colour, or book a guided tour via Visita las Salinas de Torrevieja to get a closer look at the salt production process. Flamingos can often be spotted here as well.
La Mata and Torrevieja Lagoons Nature Reserve
Distance: The visitor centre is about 4 km away, but the edges of the nature reserve are almost right on your doorstep.
• What it is: A vast, protected nature reserve surrounding the two large salt lakes (the pink lake of Torrevieja and the green lake of La Mata). It is a fantastic place for walking or cycling along the signposted routes. There are birdwatching huts and picnic areas tucked away amongst the vineyards and pine forests.
The Pool Bar
Swimming pool with a bar and a BBQ at the weekend just round the corner at the end of the street.
Habaneras Shopping Centre
At Habaneras, you can enjoy a few hours’ shopping. There’s something for everyone. There are plenty of restaurants on the top floor.
